Beginning Yoga Class

Times: Tuesdays at 10:15am

The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.

In this class we will practice a blend of vinyasa and kundalini yoga, body weight conditioning, and meditation. A steady practice of these exercises over time will help balance your body and focus your mind in the present moment. The goal is to have a more relaxed and aware, yogic, experience each day.

Yoga is a 1-hour class and is $5 to participate.
